Welcome to RTR
Most transferring agents keep their existing REALTOR® board, MLS, and Supra, so there's often little to no new setup cost. Any state processing fees are set by the Utah Division of Real Estate, and your board/MLS dues continue on your existing renewal cycle. Our Support team will confirm whether anything needs updating for your specific case.

MLS (monthly)

Expect potential separate fees if you also need to transfer your membership with your local Association of Realtors or the multiple listing service (MLS). Fees are estimates only and subject to change by the Utah Division of Real Estate, the REALTOR® boards, and the MLS. Prices updated as of 07/23/26.
