Before you Begin
To affiliate under this path, you'll need to meet a few basic requirements.
Agents with an inactive license, pending disciplinary matters, or unresolved compliance issues may require additional review before onboarding approval.
Your Path to Becoming a Licensed Agent with RTR
Five phases to get you from your first step to fully active under Real Team Realty.
Verify your License
✓ Verify your Utah license is active and in good standing
✓ Confirm you're eligible to transfer your brokerage affiliation
✓ Review any licensing or compliance requirements
→ RTR Recommends: Stringham Schools — a trusted, state-approved pre-licensing program.
Tip: use the same email for your Pearson VUE registration and your UtahID to avoid processing delays. Your name must match exactly across registration and IDs.

Meet the Team
✓ Learn about our culture, training, and support
✓ Review our commission structure and business model
✓ Ask questions and discuss your goals
✓ No pressure commitment
Tip: You can request a broker interview any time — even while you're still completing your courses.

Affiliate Your License
✓ Submit your brokerage affiliation through UtahID
✓ Select Real Team Realty as your brokerage (License # 8565309-CN00)
✓ Receive Principal Broker approval
✓ License becomes Active
Typical activation: 1–3 business days after submission and broker approval.

Activate your Business Tools
✓ Join your REALTOR® board and related associations — Salt Lake Board of Realtors | NAR | Utah Association of Realtors
✓ Activate MLS membership
✓ Supra Access — Visit the SLBR office (Sandy, UT) and sign the Supra Key Agreement in person
✓ Finish any required REALTOR® Essentials or board requirements
Tip: Join board within 30 days of brokerage affiliation. For security, Supra setup must be completed by you personally — assistants or third parties can't sign on your behalf.
