To qualify for a Utah Real Estate Sales Agent License, you'll need to meet the state's basic requirements.

Age Minimum

Be at least 18 years of age when you apply

Social Security

Have a valid Social Security Number

Education Background

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

UT Reputation Standard

Meet Utah's honesty & good-reputation standard

Pre-Licensing Education

Complete the required pre-licensing education

Pass UT Agent Exam

Pass the Utah Sales Agent Exam within the state timeline

  • We confirm active status, that you're not affiliated elsewhere, your expiration date, and your correct legal name & license number
  • Any visible restrictions or disciplinary actions are reviewed
