Before you begin
To affiliate under this path, you'll need to meet a few basic requirements.
- Hold an active Utah real estate license in good standing
- Not currently affiliated with another brokerage
- Be in compliance with state licensing requirements
- Provide accurate, complete onboarding documentation
- Meet the brokerage's operational & compliance requirements
Agents with an inactive license, pending disciplinary matters, or unresolved compliance issues may require additional review before onboarding approval.

License verification
Our Real Estate Support team confirms your license is active and ready to affiliate.
- Verified through the Utah state licensing system
- We confirm active status, that you're not affiliated elsewhere, your expiration date, and your correct legal name & license number
- Any visible restrictions or disciplinary actions are reviewed

Affiliate with Real Team Realty
Affiliate your license with Real Team Realty through the Utah licensing system.
- Log into your UtahID account and open the state licensing system
- Select the option to change or activate brokerage affiliation
- Enter Real Team Realty, LLC — License # 8565309-CN00
- Submit the affiliation request
A state activation fee of approximately $15–$25 may apply, set by the Utah Division of Real Estate.
Principal Broker approval
Our Principal Broker reviews and approves your affiliation request in the state system.
- Once approved, your license reflects Active under Real Team Realty
- You're authorized to conduct real estate activities under the brokerage
Join your REALTOR® board
Join (or confirm your membership in) the local REALTOR® board and related associations.
- Salt Lake Board of Realtors, NAR, and Utah Association of Realtors
- Complete Code of Ethics & REALTOR® Essentials courses
Activate MLS access
With your license, affiliation, and board membership active, activate your MLS access.
- Requires an active license, brokerage affiliation, and active REALTOR® membership
- Complete all required MLS registration steps
Activate Supra (lockbox access)
Subscribe to Supra services for property access and lockbox functionality.
- Active board and MLS membership required
- Complete the required Supra Key Agreement and follow the board's activation instructions
